Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Arreola applies a 14-day right of return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, which starts from the moment you receive your order.
In order for you as a consumer to apply the 14-day right of return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as on arrival and well packed when returned.

In case of a return or change, the goods must be shipped without delay and no later than 14 days after the return notification has been given. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have left to our return address within the time limit, for example with a return receipt.
The returner must pay the shipping costs for the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner. Please note that one Finnish stamp can be used up to 50 grams. All letters and packages need to be stamped according to their weight. We recommend you to weigh your return before shipping it. In Finland you can also use Plus Sticker (1,50€) alongside the regular stamp to be able to see when your return has arrived to us. Arreola is not responsible for lost returns.
In the event of a claim, Arreola pays the return costs.
When returning the order include your name and contact information. The refund will be made through the payment method used for the order.
